GlintTap Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GlintTap. Last updated: October 4, 2026.

These terms govern the use of glinttap.com, GlintTap customer accounts, digital business cards, and related products and services. Questions can be sent to support@glinttap.com.

Please read these terms before creating an account or purchasing a product or service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or make a purchase.

GlintTap,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of GlintTap. “You” and “your” refer to the person or business using our services. “Digital card” means the online profile you create through GlintTap.

Cookies and Privacy

These terms apply to your use of your GlintTap account and services. Any purchase-specific terms will be presented before checkout.

You are responsible for the information, images, and links you publish on your digital card. Published content may be accessible to anyone with your card’s link, QR code, or linked NFC card.

We may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms, infringes another person’s rights, or creates a security risk.

By uploading or publishing content, you confirm that:

You have permission to use the content; your information is not misleading; and your content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, promote unlawful activity, or contain malicious links.

You retain ownership of your content. You give GlintTap a non-exclusive permission to store, display, and process it as needed to provide the services and carry out your sharing instructions.

Sharing Cards and Linking to GlintTap

You may share your published digital card through its direct link, QR code, or an NFC card programmed with that link.

Links may be shared on websites, social media, business directories, emails, printed materials, and other lawful channels.

Do not present a link in a misleading way or imply that GlintTap endorses your business without our permission.

You do not need separate approval to share your own published digital card or link to GlintTap’s public homepage.

You are responsible for where you share your card and for obtaining permission to use any third-party content, names, or branding.

Keep your digital card’s address unchanged if you want existing QR codes and programmed NFC cards to continue opening it.

If you change or delete your card’s address, existing links, QR codes, or NFC cards may stop opening the intended profile.

For partnership requests or permission to use GlintTap branding, contact support@glinttap.com.

When linking to GlintTap, use an accurate description of the page or service you are sharing.

You may identify GlintTap by its name or website address when sharing a link. Do not imply sponsorship, approval, or affiliation without permission.

Sharing your digital card does not grant ownership of GlintTap’s logo, templates, software, or other branding. Separate permission is required for uses beyond those provided through the service or permitted by law.

Embedding and Displaying Content

Do not embed or frame GlintTap pages in a way that hides their source, misleads visitors, bypasses access restrictions, or interferes with the service.

Your Content and External Links

You are responsible for content and links you publish. External websites operate independently of GlintTap. Linking to them does not mean GlintTap endorses their content, products, or privacy practices.

Account Restrictions and Changes

We may restrict content or suspend an account to address security risks, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support.

Reporting Problems

To report a harmful link, unauthorized content, or another concern, email support@glinttap.com with the affected page address and a description of the problem.

GlintTap may experience interruptions for maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control. Keep your own copies of important content and contact information.

Service Limitations

NFC functionality depends on a compatible device, its settings, and proper card placement. Opening a digital profile requires an internet connection. QR codes and direct links provide alternative ways to access your card.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
